The Original Compressed Air Testing Lab

Compressed Air Testing = Safe Scuba Diving

Whether they specialize in recreational, commerical, or other sides of the diving field, dive shops everywhere put safety at the top of the list. Certifications and documentation must be kept up to date. The compressed air utilized for safe equipment (including breathing air) must be checked and verified regularly. These steps are how any diving business succeeds and how their clients remain safe.

Akumal Dive Shop, located along Mexico’s Caribbean shoreline, exemplifies the business side of diving. Akumal is a Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) certified site for dive instruction. The shop also offers SDI (Scuba Diving International) and TDI (Technical Diving International) training.

They are concerned deeply with safe diving and safe air.

Recently, Akumal shared on its Facebook page its strong, passing verification for its compressed air.

An independent test result verifies the safety and quality of compressed air use in the dive shop. Seen here: Akumal Dive Shop’s recent verification.

TRI Air Testing, an AIHA-accredited laboratory, is honored to provide the independent, third-party compressed air testing support to Akumal and many other diving businesses internationally. PLAN AHEAD!

It’s never too early to plan your visit to the next DEMA Show. DEMA 2013 will take place 6-9 November 2013 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. This is an essential stop on the dive calendar. TRI Air Testing will be there—and we hope you will be too!
