TRI Air Testing’s new Director of Operations, Jonathon Sauseda, understands the mission-critical aspects to ensuring quality results.
A seasoned operations pro who began his career as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy with a specialty as a Medical Laboratory Technician, Sauseda understands that air quality is of utmost importance to those putting their lives on the line for their country.
“One thing I really enjoy about working at TRI Air Testing is that we are really making an impact,” Sauseda says of the air testing he does for the U.S. Coast Guard, Navy and other customers. “It’s really great to work with the Navy and Coast Guard. I know I’m giving back to the guys I served with.”
Sauseda is an expert laboratory manager and technician with experience in the pharmaceutical, ethanol, and refining industries. In his role at TRI Air Testing, Sauseda is responsible for daily business operations including personnel management, purchasing and materials inventory, vendor/supplier relationships and partnerships, and pricing of test equipment and analytical tests. He also works closely with the sales and marketing team and oversees customer relations and support.
Sauseda’s game plan includes expanding TRI Air Testing’s product range to better serve the company’s diverse customers. “We have a great team and a great foundation here. We have procedures for everything, and we meet all applicable ISO and American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) accreditation standards. We’re doing everything by the book here, and we’re giving accurate results based on the way we run the air tests,” Sauseda adds. “The analytical results that we give customers are based on flow rates of what they are actually running their compressor at. We’re giving them the most accurate result for the air they are getting out of their compressor.”
Sauseda’s deep laboratory and science background are a welcome addition to the TRI Air Testing team. His group will continue to provide fast 24-hour results for customers in the fire service, SCUBA, OSHA, medical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food/beverage, industrial and government/military sectors.
