NFPA 1989 (\u201cStandard on Breathing Air Quality for Emergency Services Respiratory Protection\u201d) is one of the hallmark standards, protecting more than just fire and other emergency services personnel.<\/p>\n<p><em>(RELATED: See <\/em><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/airtesting.com\/?page_id=2296\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>NFPA 1989 compressed air testing information<\/em><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><em> on TRI Air Testing\u2019s website.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/airtesting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Pizza2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-459\" title=\"Pizza2\" src=\"https:\/\/airtesting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Pizza2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"181\" \/><\/a>As part of its Fire Prevention Week activities, Domino\u2019s Pizza is planning to include fire safety messages atop its pizza boxes throughout October. Furthermore, participating Domino\u2019s stores are partnering with local fire departments to reward customers who have working smoke alarms\u2014a reward that will take an unusual form: fire departments will deliver the pizza. When these trucks arrive at a home with the pizza, fire personnel will check the fire alarm. If it works, the pizza will be free.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who can participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to NFPA\u2019s blog, this Domino\u2019s partnership opportunity is open to career or volunteer firefighters or employees of Fire Departments in the 48 contiguous United States (D.C.) who are at least 18 years of age and who <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nfpa.org\/categoryList.asp?categoryID=2231\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">sign up for Domino\u2019s Fire Safety Program<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0 Ends 7\/26\/12.\u00a0 To enter and for Official Rules, including odds, and prize descriptions, email &#x6a;e&#x6e;&#46;&#x68;&#117;g&#x40;d&#x6f;&#109;&#x69;&#110;o&#x73;&#46;&#x63;&#111;m.\u00a0 Void in AK, HI and where prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>Domino\u2019s Public Relations Team notes that it has a limited amount of spots open to facilitate the proper relationship with local franchise owners.
